BANCHAN CLASS
Banchan is a collective name for small side dishes served along with cooked rice in Korean cuisine. In western cuisine, Banchan can be served as appetizer as well.
This class is a good introduction for those who would like to know more about small side dishes of everyday Korean meal times. This class is vegetarian friendly as well.
We will also learn about basic Korean ingredients and techniques of vegetable cutting.
