From perfectly grilled mackerel (Godeungeo Gui, 고등어구이) to a warm, silky soft tofu stew (Sundubu Jjigae, 순두부찌개), each dish reflects the heart of everyday Korean meals. You will also prepare a light and savory zucchini–shrimp stir-fry (Hobak Saeu Bokkeum, 호박새우볶음) and a refreshing Korean-style salad with a sweet and tangy dressing.
