KOREAN THANKSGIVING FOOD WORKSHOP
Korean Thanksgiving, Chuseok is celebrated with good food, wine, and family gatherings. It typically takes place in September or October, according to the lunar calendar.
Chuseok is a festival that brings families together. People gather around the dining table and enjoy eating traditional chuseok recipes. We will learn how to make very popular dish called “Japchae”, stir fried noodles with veggies, Nokdujeon, Mungbean pancake, and easy Kimchi.
